HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply add goods to your shopping basket and continue to checkout where you will be asked to enter your credit card details through payU. if you have a payU account, you can as well login with your details. once you have placed your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the details of your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel / change or return your order please send an e-mail to info@incomplit.com . the dispatch process can be very quick and once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. however, you can return your order within 2 days after receiving. the product should be in its original packaging, complete and at the return shipment has to be made at your own cost. it is recommended to use a registered delivery service, INCOMPLIT is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. a refund will be made when goods are received in good condition and complete. it can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card. an exchange of products can be made as well under above listed conditions. no refund will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or notified more than 2 days later.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
INCOMPLIT products are delivered worldwide. Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo have been nominated for shipments within Turkey. all other international shipments are being done by the postal service. for each mode of shipment a tracking number will be sent to you.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping costs are based on the weight of the package. See below for the full list:
Turkey:
- standard shipment 0.0kg-0.5kg: 2,5 eur
- small shipment 0.5kg-1kg: 5 eur
- large shipment 1kg-5kg: 10 eur
Europe:
- standard shipment 0.0kg - 0.5kg: 10eur
- small shipment 0.5kg - 1kg: 15 eur
- large shipment 1kg - 5kg: 20 eur
Rest of World:
- standard shipment 0.0kg - 0.5kg: 10 eur
- small shipment 0.5kg - 1kg: 15 eur
- large shipment 1kg - 5kg: 20 eur
Different prices might apply if you choose express delivery or shipment through a courier. please send an e-mail to info@incomplit.com for more info.
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. deliveries by Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo are made within 2 to 3 working days. International deliveries by the postal service (unless agreed otherwise) can vary between 1 to 2 weeks. You can always ask for an update by sending a mail to info@incomplit.com
If the product is no longer in stock, it has to be custom made for your order. please allow 5 to 10 working days as all items are crafted by hand. when the order is finished, an update e-mail will be sent to you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Currently INCOMPLIT checkout system operates with PayU system for credit cards and bank transfer.
